Explore A New Photographer’s Website Once A Day!

Grab a mug of your favorite downtime drink and explore a new photographer’s web-site once a day! My recommendation for 9-18-12:

Kristin Willis Burchsted      www.kristinburchstedphotography.com

Kristin, a New Hampshire native, first started photography as a teenager with her grandfather’s 35 mm Kodak camera. She has remained passionate about photography through the years, using both Canon and Nikon 35 mm film cameras. She has recently moved into the digital world, and found she can express herself with her camera, much as an artist uses a brush. Kristin delights in capturing ordinary events with a unique perspective.
Kristin has won numerous ribbons in local camera club competitions, and has won first place in a State of New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development photo contest.
In September 2007, Kristin was accepted into the New Hampshire Art Association. Her work was accepted for the 2007 Joan L. Dunfey Competition, and the 2008 Currier Exhibition for NHAA artists.
Living on a sailboat facilitates Kristin’s enthusiasm for the ocean and seashore, a favorite theme in her work.
Kristin may be reached at kristin@kristinburchstedphotography.com
Kristin’s work is currently on display at the Butterfield Too Art Gallery,  at 137 King Street, St. Augustine FL 32084.  As well as showing in numerous shows at the LIncoln Levy Gallery in Portsmouth, NH.
