Yesterday morning, I had the privilege of photographing singer Diane Birch during a studio taping at 92.5 The River, in Haverhill, MA. A review in the New York Times describes her music as “succulent, breezy pop to gritty Southern soul.” I myself, loved her sound and songwriting. COOL NEWS … Diane Birch to perform on THE TONIGHT SHOW WIT JAY LENO next Thursday, October 24th! You know I’ll be watching!

What a treat, spent my morning in Studio A at #TheRiver, 92.5 in Haverhill, MA, with +Jeffrey Hastings and The River staff. I am most grateful for the opportunity to sit in on, and photograph, today’s live studio performance by Diane Birch! What a great voice and I really loved her song writing. It’s gong to be a pleasure working on these images. Studio A is a pretty cool place! Lot’s of incredible musicians have played in that room.

“A Little Rainbow With Wings”
The Lilac-breasted Roller is the national bird of Botswana and Kenya and I found this little beauty in the tall grasses on the Serengeti Plains of Tanzania. They are common to sub-Saharan Africa and the Southern Arabian Peninsula. (Coracias caudatus) is a member of the roller family of birds. It usually pirches in higher tree tops so it was a treat to meet this guy at eye level.

Hanging Out On The Porch
With all this celebration over +michael Bonocore’s birthday, I found myself back in my #TGL-Cambodia galleries looking for the perfect photograph for the boy. And of course, I spent the rest of the afternoon re-visiting images from the entire trip. That gallery is like a treasure trove just waiting to be re-discovered! So I just had to process at least one. This … was one of my favorites from our trip down the Tonle Sap River to the Floating Village. I hope you enjoy the image.
